分子をタンパク質や核酸や糖でなく、化合物（リガンド）として認識させたい

タンパク質や核酸や糖として認識されている分子を、化合物（リガンド）として認識させたい場合は、以下の設定を変更すれば可能です。

Preference - 6.Molecule - Protein > Content of standard amino acid (%)
Preference - 6.Molecule - Nucleotide > Content of standard amino acid (%)
Preference - 6.Molecule - Glycan > Content of standard amino acid (%)

の設定を、それぞれ、80 -> 110 に設定すると、化合物として認識されるようになります。

化合物（リガンド）として認識させると、mol2ファイル出力などが可能になります。
